The latest addition to the growing estate of award-winning suite of ICE units was designed by Brace Studio to be both visually impressive and category defining.

The design had to take in to account the sight lines within the redeveloped and enlarged departure hall at London Luton Airport.

We were appointed to manufacture the new kiosk following initial discussions with Brace Studio, followed by a factory visit where Datum’s technical skills and manufacturing facilities were identified as being ideally suited to deliver this complex project.

The two structural steel curved arches which integrate in to the counter at one end are 4.5m high which involved lifting the concourse floor and installing concrete pads for fixing, then bracing at high level with the triangular sign box.
