Charbonnel et Walker was founded in 1875 and is one of Britain’s first and finest chocolatiers; they also hold the Royal Warrant as a chocolatier to Her Majesty The Queen.

Datum was appointed to fit-out their Canary Wharf store by London-based CADA Design, with whom Datum has a long-standing relationship.

The scheme included new walls and ceiling with feature bulkhead carrying new backlit signage; there were new air conditioning, electrical and lighting installations, along with all associated building services. A new Arabescato marble floor was laid, with Arabescato, Corian and gloss lacquer being used on the display fixtures.
